Corteal Verify · company knowledge
Search finds documents. Corteal Verify finds disagreements.
Corteal Verify connects your documents, chat and meeting recordings into one living map of what your company knows. Every answer shows its source. When two teams quote different figures, it shows both and waits for a person to approve the official one.
For COOs and VPs of Operations at companies of 50 to 500 people. Nothing here is real customer data.
All sample data is illustrative. Halden Flowworks is a fictional company.

Chat
Ask in plain words. Every claim carries a numbered source, and a disputed figure is shown as disputed.
The HX-400 has no settled maximum flow rate. The datasheet says 450 m³/h[1], the service manual says 420 m³/h[2], a sales thread quotes 480 m³/h[3] and a customer call mentions 410 m³/h[4]. Corteal Verify does not choose between them. An owner has to approve one figure first.

Contested to approved
Corteal Verify shows the disagreement. A person proposes one figure, then approves it with a scope and a review date.
Red is used for one thing only: figures that disagree. After approval, Chat, Check a document and Answer desk use the approved figure.

Cleanup
Finds near-identical copies and old versions, and shows which one is the original. It never changes your Drive.
Also in the app: customer pages, onboarding reading paths, collections, a weekly changes digest and a document drawer with page preview.
Fig 1.0 · The approval principle
Corteal Verify never decides which number is right. A person does.
Same subject, same metric, different value: Corteal Verify shows every source and waits. Someone with authority approves the official figure, and everything else is compared to it.
- 1 · Read
Reads what you connect
Normalises subject, metric, value and unit. $1,200 and 1200 USD are the same value.
- 2 · Compare
Finds real conflicts
Same subject, same metric, different value. Measured uptime vs promised uptime is a different metric, so it is not flagged.
- 3 · Person approves
An owner signs off
Someone with authority approves the official figure. Owner and approval date are recorded.
- 4 · Wait or answer
Shows, or waits
Answers use the approved figure. With nothing approved, Corteal Verify shows the conflict and waits.
Fig 2.0 · Approved figures register
One list of official numbers, each with an owner.
Every official number sits in the register with its owner, approval date and status: approved, proposed or retired. Sales, support and finance quote from one place.
- Owner and approval date on every figure
- Old figures are retired, not deleted
- New sources are checked against it automatically

Fig 4.0 · Built for the work around the knowledge
Once the map exists, more of the work uses it.
Proof points, customer pages, cleanup, onboarding and more all read from the same map, so they stay consistent with what leadership approved.
- Proof points
Case studies by customer and industry, pulled from what you already wrote. Deck-ready.
- Customer pages
One page per customer with all its documents, meetings and people.
- Cleanup
Finds duplicates and old versions and shows which one is the original.
- Onboarding
Reading paths by role, so a new hire starts with the right twelve documents, not the whole drive.
- Digests
Weekly subscriptions by topic, customer or person. Back from leave, read one page.
- Collections
Shared sets of documents without moving a file in Drive.
- Map
A graph of your documents by topic. See where the knowledge clusters and where it is thin.
- Search and preview

Fig 5.0 · Why not search
Search returns documents. Corteal Verify compares what is inside them.
Search can put the service terms and the sales deck side by side. It will not tell you the figures in them differ.
Enterprise search

- You notice the figures differ, or you do not

Corteal Verify
Tells you the figures differ, shows each source, and waits for approval.
- Compares subject, metric, value and unit
- Reads documents, chat and recordings, not curated cards

Who it is for
- COO or VP Operations buys it. Their teams quote the same numbers.
- Head of Customer Success, RevOps, Chief of Staff run it day to day.
- New hires, sales, engineers ask it questions with sources attached.
- B2B companies of 50 to 500 people with knowledge spread over five or more tools.
When teams start
- A customer or auditor caught two different numbers.
- A key person left and what they knew went with them.
- An RFP or questionnaire is due and nobody agrees on the answers.
- A new hire needs months to learn where things are.

Questions
How does it decide which figure is right?
It does not. A person with authority approves a figure, and Corteal Verify compares everything else against it. With none approved, it shows the conflict and waits.
Who can see what?
Restricted finance and HR documents are hidden automatically by access scope. A pilot is limited to the sources you choose.
Where does the data live?
Inside your environment: EU hosting or on-premise.
What does it cost?
Agreed after the pilot, once you have seen the conflict list on your own sources.
